These terms cover your membership in The AI Decision Course. They are written to be read. The short version: it is an annual membership, it renews each year until you cancel, you can cancel online at any time, and you can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge.
Who you are buying from
The course is provided by AI Podcast LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, 3400 Stratford Road NE #1408, Atlanta, GA 30326, USA. Contact: hello@tonyphoang.com.
Payments are processed by Link, a service of Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction. Your receipt shows the purchase as sold through Link, and your card statement shows the charge as a Link payment. Link's own terms cover the payment itself.
What you get
A membership gives one person access, for 12 months from the day you join, to:
- the courses and lessons published during your membership, including updates to them;
- the tools that come with each lesson (cards, checklists and AI prompts), which you may use and share inside your own organisation.
Courses open one by one. When a course opens, we email you at the address you paid with to say how to access it.
There are no live calls, coaching or community features. Lessons may change when new interviews or research change the advice; we email you when a change matters.
Price and renewal
- The founding price is $299 a year. If you join at the founding price, your renewal price stays $299 at your first two renewals, as long as your membership has not ended.
- The standard price is $499 a year.
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies and shown before you pay.
- Your membership renews automatically every 12 months and your card is charged the renewal price until you cancel.You get an email at least 30 days before each renewal, with a link to manage or cancel your membership.
- If the renewal price will change, we tell you at least 30 days before the renewal, and you can cancel before it is charged.
- If a renewal payment fails, Link retries it and emails you to update your card. If it still cannot be collected, the membership ends.
- If you live in Germany, after your first year your membership continues month to month and you can cancel it at any time with one month's notice.
How to cancel
You can cancel online at any time: use the manage or cancel link in your receipt or in any renewal email. You can also email hello@tonyphoang.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.
Refunds
- Full refund within 14 days of any charge, when you first join and after each yearly renewal, for any reason, no questions asked. Email hello@tonyphoang.com or ask Link support.
- After 14 days, payments are not refunded; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. This does not affect refunds you are entitled to by law, for example if the course is not delivered as described.
This matches the 14-day right of withdrawal in the UK and the EU, so you keep that right even if you start the course straight away.
Using the material
The lessons, videos and tools are protected by copyright and licensed to you, not sold. You may use them for your own work and share the tools (cards, checklists, prompts) with your team. Please do not share the lessons or your access with people outside your team, resell the material, or publish lessons in full.
What the course is and is not
The lessons are general information for leaders, drawn from interviews on The Artificial Intelligence Podcast and from published research, and written with the help of AI tools. They are not legal, financial, security or other professional advice for your situation. Guests spoke on the show, not for this course, and are not named in it. Check anything important with your own advisers before you act on it.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the lessons accurate and current, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, AI Podcast LLC's total liability to you for anything related to the membership is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and the change applies from that renewal. You can cancel before then.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, except where the consumer law of the place you live gives you protections that cannot be waived. Please email hello@tonyphoang.com first: most problems are solved by a reply.
Privacy
To run your membership, the course keeps a small amount of information about you:
- your email address, from sign-in, used for receipts and course news;
- which lessons you have opened and finished, and your answers to the check-yourself questions;
- the private notes you write in a lesson;
- the name you give for certificates, which appears on your certificate;
- your questions in Ask the course, kept for 30 days and then deleted. You can clear them yourself at any time.
Sign-in is run by Clerk, which holds your login. Your payment details are held by Link, a service of Stripe, and never by the course. When you use Ask the course, your question and the lesson text it draws on are sent to an AI model through OpenRouter to write the answer, with providers that do not keep or train on it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
You can ask hello@tonyphoang.com for a copy of your information, or to delete it. If you ask us to delete it, we close your membership and remove the information above; we keep only what tax law and our payment records require.
